First and foremost, it’s really important for you to feel stunning, shine and sparkle on your special day. So, remember that if at first you don’t succeed with the wedding dress diet try try again. And make sure to congratulate yourself at every successful milestone. Moreover, when the big moment arrives reward yourself by savoring your wedding food.

Secondly, think rationally because;  believes that losing weight isn’t rocket science. Another thing is dieting haunted me for as long as I can remember. You know what I mean, don’t you? My weight fluctuated so often, I constantly was altering or buying new clothes. Somehow, though, no diets have worked for me. But I’m not giving up. So, my New Year’s Resolutions will include a new strategy. My new diet is to eat everything, in moderation. Plus, to begin an alternate day fasting.

Making time for yourself releases stress

Lastly, less stress helps you drop the pounds. I recently bought a new diary. It’s the one with a detailed weekly and daily planner.  Therefore, it ensures that I schedule two days a week off, for me. Try it as well, and see if it works for you.
